ADM's All-Purpose Unbleached Flour is milled from a combination of hard red winter and soft wheat to make a flour that is versatile in its uses. It can be used to make cakes, biscuits, pizza crust, quick breads, pancakes and waffles. It also can be used as a breading for fried meats and vegetable, in sauces as a thickener and as a dusting flour. Producing reliable results every time, it consistently makes end products that have high volume and even texture.

Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 1 year from date of manufacture.
