Banana Puree

With a smooth texture and fresh ripe banana flavor, our ready-to-use banana puree is sure to enhance the flavor in a variety of preparations including milkshakes, smoothies, ice cream, pie, breads, puddings, cakes, muffins, cereal, bars, and baby foods.  The bulk pack is ideal for bakeries, restaurants and food manufacturers.

This ready-to-use banana puree is made from fresh Cavendish bananas which are ripened to full flavor, peeled, mashed, thermally processed, aseptically cooled and packaged to assure commercial sterility.

SUGGESTED STORAGE

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Item should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment.  The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from date of manufacture.
