Our Banana Puree is made from fresh Cavendish bananas which are ripened to full flavor, peeled, mashed, thermally processed, aseptically cooled and packaged to assure commercial sterility. The color, texture, and flavor are uniform and there is no sugar added. This product is free from Allergens, Non-GMO and Non-Irradiated.

Consistency at 25 C/30 sec: 2.5 – 7.5
Acidity (% as Citric acid): 0.30 to 0.50
Bananas 99.97 %.
Ascorbic acid 0.03%.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Item should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from date of manufacture.
