Made with low protein hard red winter wheat, Central Milling's Beehive All Purpose Flour can be used for a wide variety of applications. It can be used to make biscuits, pancakes, quick breads, pie crust, rolls and baguettes. You will be impressed with the end product as it will be soft yet at the same time have a strong structure. It is a true all-purpose flour!

Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 6 months to 1 year from date of manufacture.
