3 Cups whole milk Greek yogurt
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
1 Cup blueberries
5 Graham cracker sheets (lightly crushed)
- In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon zest/juice, and cinnamon. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- When yogurt is nearly frozen, add berries and graham crackers, allowing the ice cream maker to mix them in until evenly distributed. Transfer frozen yogurt to a container and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
