SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
This product should be stored in a clean, dry (relative humidity max. of 70%), and odorless environment at a temperature of 12 - 20° C/ 54 - 68° F. To maintain color and overall quality during shelf life air tight packaging and protection from light is mandatory. Moisture can have an impact on the color of the product. We therefore recommend to do a shelf life evaluation of the final product containing the product in combination or mixed with water containing ingredients (cream, ganaches, fruit fillings, cake,butter cream, fondant, dairy applications). When stored in optimum conditions, the product shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
