Bob's Red Mill corn flour is finely stone ground from whole yellow corn. Considered a whole grain retaining the bran, germ and endosperm, it is high in fiber making it more slow to digest leaving you feeling fuller longer and providing a steady flow of energy. Highly flavorful and with a golden yellow color, it can be used as a breading for proteins such as chicken or fish. It also works well in combination with other flours to make pancakes, biscuits and breads to add flavor and nutrition. We recommend to try it in place of cornmeal when making corn bread. It will make a corn bread with a richer, more robust flavor that will be less crumbly.

It is recommended to store this product in cool, dry conditions. The shelf life for this product, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from date of packaging.
