Located in Burlington, Washington Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill is dedicated to working with organic grain growers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Since 1974 they have been milling only organically grown grain. Their extra fine whole wheat pastry flour is milled from organic soft white wheat grown in Washington. Due to it's lower protein and gluten content, it works exceptionally well in cakes, cookies, pancakes and pie crusts.

Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 1 year from date of manufacture.
