Description
General Mills' Gold Medal™ is made from yellow corn and milled to a fine granular consistency. This simple, hardworking flour works well for bakery and fried foods. A basic ingredient in batters, breading, corn bread, and muffins or as a dusting meal for pizza and bread.

Store this product at < 80 degree F and 70% relative humidity. The shelf life when stored under optimum conditions is 10 months from the date of manufacture. To preserve quality, dry storage at room temperature with regular inspection and rotation is recommended.
