Description

Fine sea salt has a wide variety of uses in food manufacturing. It is recommended for use in products requiring a very find crystal size for uniform blending.  Fine sea salt is ideal for use on dry soup, cereal, flour and spice mixes, as well as for topping snack foods.

Cargill's Purified Fine Sea Salt is a food-grade, granular, white crystalline sodium chloride product manufactured under stringent process control procedures.
