Geranium include 200 species of perennials, succulents and shrubs. They are one of the most popular bedding and potted plants found in homes and gardens around the world. Indigenous to temperate and tropical climates, they are thought to have originated from South Africa. Aside from being a beautiful garden plant, they also have a wide variety of other uses. In the culinary world, the edible leaves and flowers are used as a flavoring in desserts, cakes, jellies and teas. Both the plant and essential oil are commonly used in herbal medicine as well as in the body care industry to make perfumes, lotions, creams, soap, shampoos, conditioner, facial toners and deodorants. The essential oil blends well with other essential oils including bergamot, clary sage, grapefruit, lemon, patchouli, peppermint, rosemary and ylang ylang.

Purity and Grading
All of our essential oils are 100% pure, undiluted oils. We strive to source the highest quality oils from established, reputable suppliers that value purity, sustainability and natural practices. We are often questioned by customers whether our oils are “therapeutic grade”.
The term “therapeutic grade” was created and trademarked by newer essential oil companies to differentiate their products from others on the market. The truth of the matter is that the Food and Drug Administration does not certify the quality of essential oils as “therapeutic grade” nor do they provide a certifying label. GloryBee Essential Oils provide the same quality, purity, and reputability as therapeutic grade oils – often times at a lower prices.
