This Gluten-Free Oat Flour is processed in a separate, dedicated gluten-free facility. It is routinely tested for cross-contamination using ELISA testing protocol to ensure its gluten-free status and is manufactured in a kosher facility. Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.

Storage Recommendations
Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment, preferably in a refrigerator. Industry-standard for product, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
