Gluten-Free Oat Flour is milled from the purest gluten-free oats; grown on clean, dedicated oat-growing fields. It is comprised of the entire oat groat: the bran, endosperm and germ fraction. This Gluten-Free Oat Flour is processed in a separate, dedicated gluten-free facility. It is routinely tested for cross-contamination using ELISA testing protocol to ensure its gluten-free status and is manufactured in a kosher facility. Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.
Ingredients: Gluten-free whole grain oats
Color: Creamy tan in color, interspersed with fine pieces of golden bran
Aroma: Fresh, sweet aroma
Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment, preferably in a refrigerator. Industry-standard for product, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
