Gluten Free Rolled Oats are made from oat groats that have been de-husked, steamed and then rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers before being stabilized by being lightly toasted, processed in accordance with 21 CFR Part 117 subpart B and in compliance with state and federal requirements for food safety and quality.

The shelf life of our rolled oats is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. We recommend to store in a cool, dry, humidity controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in recommended conditions.

In accordance with the Codex Alimentarius’ established threshold for gluten contamination, this product contains less than 20 ppm gluten.
