Green olives are composed of 75% water, 15% fat, 4% carbohydrates and 1% protein.  They are also a rich source of vitamin E.  Light to dark green in color and with a fruity, luscious and robust flavor, these green olive wedges make a wonderful ingredient for pasta and salads.

Suggested Storage:  It is recommended to store green olives in cool, dry conditions. The shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
