Our honey crystals are a blend of organic cane sugar, organic honey and organic cane molasses. With an excellent free-flowing consistency, they dissolve instantly when added as a sweetener to baked goods and beverages. Light amber in color with a natural, light honey flavor, they can be used as a one-for-one substitute for white or brown sugar in any recipe. They will enhance both the color and flavor of baked goods and other foods and beverages.

The product shelf life of honey crystals is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. They should be stored in cool, dry conditions in a humidity controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from the date of manufacture. It is also recommended to keep in a closed container to avoid moisture absorption and clumping.
