Kalamata Olive Wedges

Kalamata olive wedges are delicious added to bread, pizza, and pasta dishes. Martinis Premium Kalamata olive wedges olives are fruity, luscious, robust and imported from sun-drenched Greece. They come packed in 6 lb. sealed pouches preserved in a mixture of salt and water to ensure freshness. They are purple-black in color with a strong, distinct flavor. These olives are tree-ripened to develop their characteristic flavor.

SUGGESTED STORAGE

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Olives should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment.  The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 24 months from date of manufacture.
