Local Mountain Wildflower Honey

This local wildflower honey comes from a variety of wildflower nectar sources that grow in the Pacific Northwest. It has a characteristic darker color and stronger flavor profile than that of lighter honey such as clover. It is the honey preferred by commercial bakers.

We rigorously test our honey to ensure its purity.  We guarantee our honey isn't adulterated. In addition, all of our honey is True Source Certified. True Source is a non-profit industry organization dedicated to supply chain transparency. Color: Light amber to dark amber 85-150 mm on pfund scale.

 

Honey may take on a semi-solid crystallized state due to its high sugar content. This does not affect the quality of the honey. The rate of crystallization depends upon a variety of things such as floral source, moisture content and storage conditions. This crystallization does not affect the quality of the honey and is not an indicator of shelf life. Gently warm to return to a liquid state.
