Cumin is a member of the parsley family and has been used as a spice for thousands of years.

SHELF LIFE AND SUGGESTED STORAGE

The product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions.  It should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment.  When stored under optimum conditions, the shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
