GloryBee Honey
GloryBee was started in 1975 in the garage of Dick and Pat Turanski. To this day we remain family-owned and operated in Eugene Oregon, and pour our passion for honey into every jar. At GloryBee we strongly believe in the healthful benefits of honey and give our guarantee that our honey is all natural, 100% pure, and the highest quality. However you use it, you are sure to love the great taste and all-natural sweetness of GloryBee. Most of our honey varieties come from right here in the Pacific Northwest and are produced by small local beekeepers. Our imported organic honey is purchased from cooperatives of small beekeepers who are very concerned about the treatment of their bees and the quality of the honey.

Beekeeping
Beekeeping has been a part of GloryBee right from the start. In fact, it was a beekeeping class that our founder Dick Turanski held at a local community college that launched his early success. His first students became his first beekeeping customers. It was a natural relationship founded on the love of bees and honey, and one that is at the core of our company today.
Beekeeping is no longer a hobby popular only with farmers or homesteaders, as urbanites continue to embrace the craft. With the increased awareness of Colony Collapse Disorder and continuing concerns about our food, people are becoming beekeepers and developing a stronger connection with nature while supporting local pollinators. We have been fortunate to provide novice and experienced beekeepers with everything they need to get started for four decades.
Bath Body/Aromatherapy
One thing led to another, and since we were in the business of selling honey, beeswax, and other bee products we decided we should carry a few more things to help the local beekeepers who were also making candles with their wax. Our natural craft supplies span a range that includes ingredients for soap making, skin care, candle making, and a whole lot in-between. We strive to source only the highest quality, most natural ingredients available.
