What would happen if all you ate was bee pollen?

Bee pollen is extremely nutrient dense, has a high protein content, and is one of the best natural sources of vitamins and minerals available. With this in mind, GloryBee employee Jason decided to eat only bee pollen for two weeks and see what happened.

In order to reach his daily caloric needs, Jason had to consume 1.3lbs of our Organic Spanish Bee Pollen each day. Read about Jason’s journey with The Pollen Project below.
