General Mills Purasnow Hi Ratio Cake Flour is one of the finest cake flours on the market. "Hi Ratio" means that it will absorb a high portion of other ingredients such as sugar, shortening and liquids compared to other types of cake flour. This increased absorption makes cakes that are moist and tender with good crumb structure and smooth texture. It is milled from a select blend of soft wheat and bleached to make an end product that has a clean, creamy white color.
Blend: Bleached Wheat Flour, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
Treatment: Bleached and Enriched
Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 1 year from date of manufacture.
