The beans predominately come from Madagascar (about 75% of vanilla originates from Madagascar) and the rest comes from the West Indian islands of Reunion and Comoro. SHELF LIFE AND SUGGESTED STORAGE
The product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. It should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life for properly stored pure vanilla extract is indefinite. After 24-36 months it may appear hazy. Mix well before using.
