General Mills Remarkable Unbleached High Gluten Flour is milled from high gluten spring wheat. It is an ideal flour to use to make breads in larger volumes and makes an end product that has good grain and texture. The higher gluten content of this flour makes the dough more elastic, helping it to rise and keep its shape. It also gives the final product a more chewy texture. This flour also contains malted barley flour which allows for increased enzyme activity. The addition of malt helps to breakdown the complex sugars and starches into simple sugars which makes it easier for yeast to feed upon.
Blend: Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 1 year from date of manufacture.
