Aunt Patty's Creamy Homogenized Peanut Butter is made from ground dry roasted peanuts, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil (rapeseed, cottonseed and/or soybean), and salt. No additional mixing is necessary with homogenized peanut butter. For added flavor, minimal amounts of sugar and salt are also added. In the U.S., peanut butter must contain at least 90% peanuts in order for it be called a butter.
