Recipe n° D835 is the less fluid recipe of the 835, revealing an intense taste with a solid cocoa character, yielding a pleasant bitterness topped off with hints of nutmeg and vanilla.
It contains about 4% less cocoa butter and is perfectly suited for moulding bigger hollow figures in one go. It is also a great dark chocolate to make intense ganaches with an intense bittersweet cocoa taste and fillings for enrobed pralines with a smooth mouthfeel.
Recipe n° D835 pairs perfectly with ingredients that have a powerful and acidic taste such as warm citrus fruits, exotic fruits, black cherries, etc.

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Almonds should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 24 months from date of manufacture.
