The ideal storage conditions for rolled oats are at less than 75% relative humidity and less than 75 degrees F. A best practice, for grain, is to store the product in the cooler during summer months if not going to be used within 30 days. If stored under optimum conditions, the shelf life is one year from date of manufacture.
