Tapioca Syrup 42 DE

A clear, neutral flavored, slightly sweet syrup made from tapioca (also called manioc or cassava) starch. It is made by hydrolyzing the starch with natural enzymes.

pH (50% solution): 4.0 - 6.0
Dextrose Equivalent: 38% - 43%
Brix (25°C): 80.0% - 83.0%
Sulphur Dioxide: < 10 ppm

Suggested Storage

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product, when stored under optimum conditions, is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
