Bran is the hard outer layer of a cereal grain. n this instance, it is the hard outer layer of organic hard red wheat berries. Rich in dietary fiber and essential fatty acids, it also contains significant amounts of starch, protein, vitamins and minerals.
Organic wheat bran is most commonly used to enrich breads, baked goods such as muffins and breakfast cereals.

SUGGESTED STORAGE
The product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. It should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
