Our free-flowing minced garlic is used as an ingredient in sauces and dips, to season meat, vegetables and pasta as well as on bread to make garlic bread, bruschetta, and crostini. It pairs well with onion, tomato, and ginger. With a pungent, spicy flavor and aroma, it is used all over the world in different types of cuisine.

Garlic (Allium sativum) is a member of the onion family, allium. As a matter of fact, the word garlic is derived from the Old English word garleac which means spear (gar) shaped leek. Native to Central Asia and Northeastern Iran, garlic has been consumed by humans for several thousand years. It is mainly used for food flavoring and in traditional medicine.

Suggestd Storage

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment. When stored under optimum conditions, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
