Inka Roasted Corn is made from the heirloom corn known as the Giant White Corn of Cusco. This unique variety grows exclusively in “The Sacred Valley of the Inkas”, located near Cusco at 11,000 feet, high in the Andes Mountains of Peru.
The Cusco Corn has a Protected Designation of Origin certification, a world-wide exclusive, and has historically been a staple of the Inka civilization and their descendants for more than 500 years.
Only the largest, finest kernels are used in our Roasted Corn; enjoy as a topper for green salads, or as a light crunchy snack right from the bag.
