Aunt Patty's Salted Creamy Natural Peanut Butter is made from ground dry roasted peanuts and salt. The peanuts are ground evenly to make a smooth, creamy texture. The term "natural", when used in peanut butter, means that no other oils have been added. Given this, it is normal for the oil in the butter to naturally separate over time. To blend the oil back in, it is recommended to stir before use.
