Lehi Roller Mills Klassic Hard White Unbleached Flour is a variety specific blend of hard white wheat; milled to achieve excellent baking for white pan breads, hearth rolls, and variety breads. It makes an end product that has excellent color, flavor, and texture. Considered a full strength flour, you may need to mix the dough longer than you typically would. It is generally recommended to mix for 10-15 minutes. You may also need to add a little more liquid or a little less flour than your recipe calls for. Many users of this flour find that they get a higher yield and that it out performs high gluten flours.

Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 6 months from date of manufacture.
