Organic Ground Turmeric

Known for its powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, Organic Ground Turmeric is perfectly versatile and easy to use in its ground form. This healthful powder blends wonderfully into smoothies, teas, tonics, hearty soups, and curries. It adds a spicy, warm, and floral flavor with a mildly bitter aftertaste. Try it over sautéed greens, roasted vegetables, or mixed into scrambled eggs. Herbs and spices may be added to soaps and body care products for the therapeutic qualities that they possess or for their aesthetics. The plant is also an excellent natural dye.

Storage Recommendations

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product, when stored under optimum conditions, is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
