Sanding sugar is a large crystal sugar mainly used as a sprinkling on top of baked goods such as cookies, muffins and scones. The large crystals reflect light and give the baked product a sparkling appearance. It will give your baked goods a touch of sparkle, crunch and color. Our sanding sugar in particular is made from pure sugar cane and is white in color.

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 24 months from date of manufacture.
