Description
These USA grown and harvested raw sunflower seed kernels hulled from the whole sunflower seed are a popular ingredient for seed and grain breads as well as for other baking. Many also use these organic USA grown sunflower seeds for making sunflower seed butter.
Sunflower seeds are a good source of protein, dietary fiber, B Vitamins, and Vitamin E. They also contain high levels of dietary minerals, including magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, iron and zinc.

SUGGESTED STORAGE
The shelf life of these sunflower seeds is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. They should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
