GloryBee can ship your orders internationally! Our products are available for sale to hobbyists, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers. We value our relationships with our customers and work hard to earn your confidence and friendship. We are experts when it comes to bee products like honey, royal jelly (fresh & dried), bee pollen, & propolis. It's how we got our start and what we are passionate about. We have nearly 3 decades of international business experience and knowledge on matters of proper documentation, logistics and foreign requirements. We have facilities for packing retail and bulk product. We ship worldwide with a number of carriers and transportation services, whether it be air cargo or air mail, full container load (FCL) or less-than-truckload (LTL). Most small international orders ship within a week. For large quantity orders or special order items please allow 6-8 weeks lead time.
We will work with you (buyer/importer) to offer the best shipping option. Depending on the size of the order we can offer shipment through UPS, USPS, FedEx, trucking lines and freight forwarders. Using your own UPS or FedEx account number is also an option. Please note that some of our products require special handling or expedited shipping.
All international orders must be paid in full before the order ships. Payment options include: credit card, check and wire transfers. We currently do not offer terms of credit for international customers.
All international orders will include 3 copies of the commercial invoice. It is the responsibility of the importer to research regulations specific to their country. Please let us know if you or your government requires further documentation before your order ships and we will research the possibility of including these with your order. Extra fees may apply for additional paperwork or certificates.
GloryBee is not responsible for any brokerage, duties, taxes, customs or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the importer.
Held Orders and Disposal Issues
Purchased goods become property of the buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier. Buyer assumes risk of loss, damage, held orders or delays to shipments and is responsible for all import documentation and formalities. Held orders are not the responsibility of GloryBee and can only be resolved by the buyer and local authorities. In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and GloryBee will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
GloryBee cannot accept any product returns from international shipments. However, we realize that all situations vary and will work with you if there are any concerns. Please inspect each shipment thoroughly after delivery and inform us of any incorrect or missing items within 10 days.
